His interest and current focus on net leased retail properties was been driven by the demands of his Multifamily property clients who were looking for passive and maintenance free investment alternatives. As an investment property owner himself, he integrates firsthand knowledge of investment property ownership and has developed an eye for value-add opportunities. Simo currently lives in Irvine, California with his Wife and Daughter.
