Sid Osborn

Sid Osborn is a Senior Director in the Inland Empire Branch of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. who specializes in properties in the Inland Empire. Mr. Osborn began his career as in intern for a fellow broker who represents the consortium of buyers who bought and master planned the 1,600 acres that surrounds much of the Ontario International Airport, now knows as the California Commerce Center. During the last 33 years of his career, he has consistently ranked among the top producers in the C&W Inland Empire branch, selling and leasing more than 15 million square feet of space and selling in excess of 3,500 acres of land, and is a three time recipient of the Total Client Satisfaction Award for Southern California Brokers. Over the course of his career, Mr. Osborn actively participated in selling developable land to clients such as Cabot Industrial Trust, Master Development Company, and Turner Development. He has also represented companies such as Mag Instruments, Accuride International, Chrysler Financial/Core Pointe, and Water of Life in the procurement and/or disposition of their facilities.
