Shlomo Gelernter

Shlomo Gelernter began his career in real estate as a broker at Marcus and Millichap’s Manhattan office. He transitioned into a senior acquisitions role at Pinkstone Capital. After a brief career in acquisitions, Shlomo worked as Managing Director of Sales at Arch Equities and then in 2017 at Besen Partners. As of January 2021, Shlomo left Besen Partners and started a full-service brokerage, Spur House Partners. Shlomo provides superior commercial real estate brokerage services, along with asset management advisory for mixed use and multi-family property owners in New York City. Shlomo has closed over $350,000,000 in sales in his tenure as a broker. He is committed to serving his clients while helping them achieve the highest price for their selling assets.
