Shivani Sterling

Shivani Sterling started her commercial real estate career with Key Choice Commercial in 2019 as a sales and leasing broker, working closely with landlords and tenants. Recently, she has expanded her skills to include purchase and sale transactions. Shivani enjoys working collaboratively with KCC’s property management team as she endeavors to determine reasonable lease rates, verify NNN specifics, and calculate property values. Prior to her current career, she provided senior care services as the director of an independent living facility and owner of a business that provided in-home care services for seniors. As a former business owner, she came well-equipped with experience managing client relations and understanding their needs quickly. Shivani got her undergraduate degrees in biology and business from California State University. She went on to graduate from the University of Southern California with a Master of Science in gerontology. Shivani has two children. In her spare time, Shivani likes to read extensively. She enjoys traveling with her family around the world to experience and learn about different cultures with them.
