Shirley Singleton co-founded Edgewater Technology (Delaware), Inc. (“Edgewater Delaware”) in 1992 and served as President of Edgewater Delaware from 1992 until January 2002. In January 2002, Shirley was named President and Chief Executive Officer of the parent company, Edgewater Technology, Inc. Under her direction, Edgewater has grown from a privately held, five-person shop into a publicly-traded, an innovative technology management consulting firm with approximately 200 consulting professionals nationally. Prior to co-founding Edgewater Delaware, Shirley held various management positions from 1982 to 1992 at Logica North America and attained the position of Vice President and General Manager of the Northeast region. Shirley was recently recognized as one of the Top 100 Woman-Led Businesses in Massachusetts. During 2003, she was named to Boston Magazine's Top 100 Powerful Women and was honored by the New England Business and Technology Association (NEBATA) for exceptional leadership. In 2001, Massachusetts Interactive Media Council (MIMC) presented Shirley with the Leader of the Year Award. Shirley is a motivational and engaging speaker. She is also on the Board of Directors for Bunker Hill Community College and serves as an Advisory Board member for The Boston Club. She has served as a Director of our Company since June 2001. She is a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Education.
