Sherry Schoen

Sherry Schoen is senior managing director and principal broker in Newmark Knight Frank’s Boise, Idaho, office. Ms. Schoen provides full-service commercial real estate brokerage services including sales, leasing, buyer representation, tenant representation, investment consulting and development services. A highly respected and performance-driven commercial real estate professional, she has built her career on integrity, relationships and the consistent delivery of services that exceed her clients’ expectations. Prior to joining NKF, Ms. Schoen served as the vice president of the Retail & Office Group with Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, where she was a consistent top producer. She perviously worked as the director of sales and leasing at the Gardner Company. Ms. Schoen’s career in real estate is bolstered by her extensive corporate experience, including 14 years in senior level management, development and program management at Hewlett Packard . This experience allows her to gain valuable in-depth knowledge of her client’s business needs and practices that is not typically found among most real estate professionals.
