Sherrie Mendenhall
With Emmco since 2012, excels in retail/office leasing and investment sales.
Sherrie joined the commercial real estate industry in 2012 and has been with Emmco ever since. Initially being trained in retail leasing for Emmco properties, she has become proficient in retail/office leasing, representing local and national tenants, as well as landlords throughout Northeast Ohio. More recently, Sherrie has branched out into investment sales. Sherrie has an eclectic background, having owned a trucking business, singing telegram business and a wholesale eyewear business. These past experiences have given her expertise in customer service, problem solving, operations and the ability to discern a client's needs. With a long history of volunteer work, she had her first carnival to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation when she was 7. Over the years, she has been on boards of several organizations, visited nursing homes with her children when they were little and served on the presidium of PTA and chaired many fund raisers. She enjoys being with her family and friends, reading and traveling.
