Shermin Murphy

Shermin Bhagat Murphy, born in Dallas (hellos J.R.) and Anishta Premjee, born in Pakistan(think Saris + Samosas), are both sisters from the Bhagat family. Shermin is a strong Texas Tech graduate with pristine negotiating skills (she "floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee") to get any transaction to the finish line in their client's favor. Anishta is a powerful SMU graduate with immaculate mathematical skills to assure clients are understanding the numbers. Growing up with an 8-time Dallas Top 100 Business recipient mentor and father (go Daddy go Daddy), it was only a matter of time before they became a force in the business world. Whether it's negotiating deals, scouting perfect properties, or managing inspections, they do it all with grit, grace, and a whole lot of hustle - usually while rocking their favorite Jordans instead of high heels!
