Sheral Litell has 28 years of experience focusing on, financial institution’s real estate portfolios and the development and execution of strategic development plans that ultimately maximize the value of the asset and REO dispositions. Ms. Litell also works with office, medical properties, and land acquisition. and has represented over 5 million square feet in the State of Indiana. Her background and insight give her first-hand knowledge of the newest opportunities and changes in commercial real estate. These valuable insights allow her to help her clients make better informed real estate decisions locally and worldwide. Her most recent affiliation is in the rapidly growing medical field with the development of Medical Asset groups throughout the Commercial Real Estate community. As part of this group, Sheral assists medical groups with Stark Law compliance and lease analysis.
