Shelley Niedzwiecki

Shelley has been in real estate since February 2000. Bay City homes have been a passion for her since childhood, when she would tag along with her mother performing her duties as a housing rehabilitation specialist for the City of Bay City. The beautiful antique architecture of our community caught her eye at an early age, and the act of helping those in her community secure adequate housing has driven her to provide excellent customer service with a personal, caring touch. When she is not selling homes, you will find her out & about Bay City walking her Labrador, biking, or running. Shelley is on the Bay County Rail Trail Committee, chairs the Local Gov't Affairs Committee for the Bay County REALTOR Association, and is a former Bay City Planning Commissioner. She is past president of the Bay County REALTOR Association, and the 2019/2020 REALTOR of the Year. Shelley believes each buyer & seller are unique, at various stages in their lives and deserves individual attention & care, but with the same drive to get the best deal for all.
