Michelle "Shelley" Clements was born and raised in Cheyenne. After graduation from East High, she attended LCCC and the University of Wyoming, earning degrees in Network Systems Engineering, Internet Programming and Web Site Design. Over the past 15 years, Shelley has had the opportunity to pursue a multitude of entrepreneurial interests including professional woodworking, property management, real estate investment, and small business ownership. She is also an adjunct professor of Business and Technology for Laramie County Community College. Most recently Shelley retired as Chief Financial Officer of Cheyenne Beverage (December 2004) in order to fulfill her commitment as a full time Realtor with The Property Exchange.
