Shel Robinson
Shel Robinson joined Pappas Properties in 2021. His role at the company involves supporting the acquisition & development team with preparation, maintenance, and organization of financial models, market analysis, cash flow analysis, due diligence, and predevelopment activity for new acquisitions and existing developments. Prior to joining Pappas Properties, Shel spent close to 3 years with Lidl US. Shel worked on acquisition, development, and construction for the German grocer’s US expansion. He was able to work on a little over a dozen deals in North and South Carolina. Shel grew up in Charlotte and went to Myers Park High School. He then attended Sewanee, The University of the South, where he majored in Economics with an emphasis in Finance. He was a member of the varsity tennis team at Sewanee. He was also able to be a member of a fraternal society.
