Prior to joining The Deltondo Group, Sheila’s focus was shopping centers including strip centers, anchor centers, shadow anchor centers, urban retail, single tenant net leased investments in California. While always retaining her specialty in retail investments, Sheila effectively represented her longtime clients in multi-family and mixed-use investments. Sheila’s passion for real estate stemmed from a young age and has been involved in all aspects of the business, including leasing and management as an intern in Las Vegas, Nevada.
