With over thirty years experience in the commercial real estate field, Mr. O'Brien has developed knowledgeable skills in representing clients for acquisition or disposition, site selection, ground leases and vacant land assemblage assignments. In addition, his CCIM training, market insight and knowledge of decision analysis tools allow him to provide investment analysis services and "1031 exchange" expertise to his clients. In an effort to provide more specialized service to his clients and customers, in 2000, Mr. O'Brien elected to lead Martin Commercial Properties' Retail team, emphasizing retail sales and leasing, development, Lanslord/Tenant representation and complex land development transactions.
