Shaun Greear

Shaun has been the Director of Leasing for Hawkins Companies since joining the company in 2005. With over twenty years in the real estate industry, Shaun’s experience in leasing and development is both significant and varied. Shaun is responsible for overseeing the Leasing Team in all aspects of marketing, selling and leasing retail spaces and pad sites for all new developments as well as the company’s existing portfolio throughout the country. Shaun works very closely with the Development Team in both his leasing role as well as creating new tenant relationships and assignments. Prior to joining Hawkins Companies, Shaun worked for Albertsons, Inc. as Senior Real Estate Manager, Surplus Property. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Boise State University.
