Shaun Bloomquist is a Vice President at Pegasus Investments, where he is responsible for providing the firm’s clients with high-quality advisory services, specializing in investment sales. Shaun is an experienced real estate professional, with over 15 years focusing in sales advisory and leasing. Shaun began his career in 2009 as a commercial real estate agent at a boutique firm in downtown San Francisco, where he learned the building blocks of the business and the importance of servicing client’s needs with an eye toward building long-lasting, meaningful relationships. Prior to joining Pegasus, Shaun expanded his career at top tier brokerage firms including Newmark and most recently at Colliers. Shaun’s focus has been, and continues to be, advising owners and developers of income-producing retail, mixed-use and boutique office buildings, providing exceptional service and sound principled guidance to his clients while consistently executing at a high level during every phase of the transaction process. Leveraging Pegasus’ national presence and vertically integrated advisory platform, Shaun covers the entire country with a focus toward single tenant net leased and multi-tenant retail shopping centers.
