Sharon Southlea
Sharon Southlea is the Chief Financial Officer and joined the agency in 2007. Sharon is responsible for all aspects of the agency’s finances including developing and tracking budgets, maintaining all books of account, monthly financial statements, Board of Director reports, payroll and expense control. She also manages all human resource responsibilities such as benefit administration and implementation and oversight of employee policies and procedures. Sharon is also involved in special event management including our Annual Corporate Roast, Start Something Golf Classic and Bowl for Kids’ Sake. Sharon’s brings close to 30 years of comprehensive accounting experience from a variety of arenas which includes public accounting, corporate/manufacturing and over ten years of non-profit finance management.
