Sharon H. Peede - Executive Vice President of Realty Marketing/Northwest, joined RM/NW in 1997 and is responsible for brokerage and escrow operations. She has supervised complex auction marketing assignments for court appointed trustees, corporations, and lenders. Her twenty-five+ years experience in real estate has also included asset management, loan administration, property development and leasing. Ms. Peede manages: due diligence and inspection of properties, production of bid packages, preparation of sale and contract documentation, property closing. She has a business administration degree from Southern Oregon University. She is the Designated Managing Broker for both Washington and California, and is a Broker for Oregon.
