Ms. Oliver co-founded Meany & Oliver Companies Inc. in 2004. The firm provides brokerage, consulting and investment services to landlords and tenants in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. During its first year, Meany & Oliver Companies, Inc. completed approximately $750 million of transactions. These transactions included the ownership representation for the 625,000 square foot Corporate Executive Board lease at Waterview. This was the largest private sector office lease ever completed in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Additionally, she negotiated the American Trucking Association lease for space at 950 N. Glebe Road.
