Sharon Bastion

Sharon joined Snellers in 1996 and has been part of the commercial agency team since 2007. She has successfully achieved her RICS Associate qualification, following 8 years of experience in Commercial Agency Sharon takes responsibility for the disposal (sales and lettings) and acquisition of various types of commercial property, specializing in the retail market. Sharon deals with a high volume of transactions, and in 2014 alone she completed the successful disposal of over 50 properties. Sharon also acts for clients in negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals of retail premises. Away from the office, Sharon enjoys spending time with her 3 grandchildren and if they have not worn her out, she will be either at the gym, attending music festivals or Salsa dancing.
