A Wake County native, Sharon attended NC State University and began her real estate career in 1984 in residential sales. She evolved into land acquisition and development, handling a wide variety of real estate transactions. Upon transitioning into commercial real estate, she became knowledgeable in representing a diverse clientele ranging from small business owners to investors and municipalities, serving needs that include leasing, buying, and selling. Sharon’s years of experience have benefitted numerous real estate owners and investors, especially if the owner has interest in an IRS 1031 real estate property exchange. In addition to her membership with the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS, Sharon has also served on numerous boards and committees benefitting community and social needs. She’s very passionate about supporting the Shephard’s Table Soup Kitchen and the Special Olympics.
