Ms. Derienz joined the Lancore office staff in 1998. Her strong organizational skills are a great complement to the Lancore team. Ms. Derienz performs extensive market research, prepares marketing and presentation packages, and assists in final site selection for various clients. She has participated in sales, leases, and development. As a lifelong resident of South Florida, Shari is very familiar with the geography and the real estate markets in the local and surrounding areas. As an active agent, she’s currently focusing on the multifamily, retail and office markets.
