
Ensures all business results are achieved by providing strategic and operational leadership to the Corporate HR team. Partners with the Executive, Sales and Operational Leadership. Manages HR Operations, Compensation, Talent Management and Training to identify and coordinate support and execution consistency. Develops and initiates company wide HR strategies that increase organizational capability and capacity. Ensures the Regency culture and values are maintained and integrated in all business and people decisions. Initiates, supports and monitors the activities of HR operations including Talent Acquisition, Training, Risk Management, Compliance and Systems. Active member of acquisition and expansion team.
