Shannon Older

Shannon began working her career at The Dartmouth Company’s Boston headquarters in 1991. In 1995, she relocated to New York and opened the Albany office. Shannon’s team covers a large territory spanning across Upstate and Hudson Valley regions of New York, as well as Vermont. Shannon represents numerous retailers including Target, Whole Foods, Panera Bread, Chipotle, and Aspen Management Group. She has worked in a master brokerage capacity with national retailers and handles dispositions. Shannon has an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a JD from Suffolk University.
