Shannon’s strong relationships with national and local retailers and their brokers, combined with her market knowledge, has established Retail Leasing Advisors as a reputable boutique firm specializing in retail leasing and consultation services for landlords and developers. She works with the local community to ensure that each center has the best blend of retailers, restaurants and service providers to meet the community’s needs. Since founding Retail Leasing Advisors, Shannon has successfully leased over fifty projects in various stages of development from new construction to existing, anchored by such tenants as Whole Foods, Target, Wal-Mart, Publix, Kroger, Sprouts and lifestyle tenants including Barnes & Noble and GAP concepts. She has leased three Whole Foods anchored projects since 2014. She understands the importance of creating a mutually beneficial relationship between the landlord and tenant and strives, in all economies, to stabilize and add value to each project.
