Shannon is a V.P. of Credit Execution at The Wolff Company. Prior to joining in 2017, he managed his independent advisory firm which provided management and transaction execution to middle market companies and real estate institutions. Recent engagements include: Trefethen Advisors, Hillwood Investment Properties (a Perot Company), and Wreath Equity, LLC (a subsidiary of Garrison Investment Group). Before starting his advisory business, Shannon was a Vice President at Lennar Corporation where he was responsible for joint venture transactions and head of acquisitions for the Inland Empire Division. Prior to Lennar, Shannon spent six years in the commercial banking industry with Wells Fargo and Bank of America. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Policy, Planning and Development and went on to receive an MBA from Azusa Pacific University.
