Shane Strickland

Shane Strickland is a SVP at Americo Real Estate Ltd., Throughout his career, Strickland has developed an extensive understanding of industrial ground-up development, ranging from selecting the site, brokering the land transaction, determining the highest and best use of the property, assisting in site-planning, and selling or leasing the end product. Shane Strickland launched his commercial real estate career in 1998 in North San Diego County, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties, investments, and land. There, he negotiated transactions totaling in excess of three-hundred fifty million dollars. In 1999, Strickland was awarded Rookie of the Year and in 2000 he became a Principal at Lee & Associates. From 2001 to 2005, he received the Top Industrial Broker Award and was a Top Producer in the office during his tenure there. In 2006, Strickland relocated to the Lee & Associates-Ontario office as a Senior Vice President/Principal, where he continued to service his clients in NCSD while advancing his career in the Inland Empire, one of the largest industrial real estate hubs in the nation. In 2010, Strickland and his family moved back to his home state of Texas, where he joined the Lee & Associates Fort Worth office as a Principal specializing in industrial, investment, land, and office transactions. In 2018, Strickland made his move to Americo Real Estate Ltd. Strickland resides in Colleyville, Texas with his wife of 18 years and their 3 children. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and playing sports with his children.
