The Reid Home Team & Shane Reid have been a Real Estate Professional since 1997. We sell an average of 98% of the listings we receive, which sell for an average of 116% of the list price. We comply with several cities in our market that require point of sale inspections that are required to sell homes. We are heavily involved in local volunteerism. I volunteer as a firefighter, member of the Hudson Bandstand and numerous other local charities and groups. I began my Real Estate career in 1997. I have consistently sold on average 50 homes a year. . I attended Miami University and serve Northeast Ohio.
