Shane O’Neil is the broker at Madison Heights Realty Group and the General Contractor at Vikin Homes. He is a proud husband to his wife, Aimee and a proud father to his daughter, Teagan. He is a Tampa native that loves being part of the ever-changing landscape of this wonderful city through real estate and construction. He attended Jesuit High School and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida, and he remains incredibly involved in both school’s alumni programs. After building homes for five years, he jumped head-first into the world of real estate as a complementary business to his home building company.
