Shane DeBerti

Shane DeBerti, Founder of Divine Properties, was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. At 18 years of age, he and his family started buying and selling residential homes, land, and commercial Real Estate. In four years, he was involved in previewing, bidding/buying, remodeling, and the selling of over 400 homes. While continuing the family business, he moved to the Central Coast with his wife in June of 2012. He and his brother then started a company called Pismo Limo. They built the company up to several limos and sold it to a competitor. After always having a passion for Real Estate, he then decided to get his license and become a full-time Real Estate Agent. His career began at Keller Williams Realty. Within the first 3 months of being an agent, he acquired 7 listings (3 Residential, 3 Land, and 1 commercial) and closed 3 of them (all Residential). He was awarded the Spirit and Bronze production award at that time. After 6 months he moved to Miramar International and currently lists Residential, Luxury, and Commercial properties and sold just over $1.7 Million in his first year of being a licensed Realtor. He has a true passion for Real Estate and exceeds expectations when it comes to buying or selling.
