Shane Brownlee

Shane Brownlee, CCIM, CLS is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with extensive experience in leasing and property management. Currently serving as a Vice President of Leasing at RCG Ventures, LLC since December 2024, Shane previously held the position of Senior Leasing Associate from July 2019 to December 2024. Early in the career, internships at Southern Management and Columbia Properties provided valuable insights into multi-family housing and commercial real estate, respectively. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Property Management from the University of Georgia, completed in 2010.
