Seychelle Van Poole

Seychelle is a specialist in meeting the needs of sellers and buyers, and serves as the CEO and Team Director for Van Poole Properties Group with Keller Williams. Under her lead, Van Poole Properties Group has helped over 3,300 clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Seychelle is an expert negotiator, marketing and sales analyst, and is dedicated to making the buying and selling process stress-free and enjoyable. Seychelle is a co-founder of “Her Best Life”, a national women’s group that hosts annual events and is comprised of some of the top female business leaders and influencers in the nation. She is the co-host of the Empire Building podcast which won the prestigoius Inman News “2021 Podcast of the Year”. Prior to joining Van Poole Properties Group in 2004, Seychelle worked in advertising at agencies in New York, Austin, and Dallas, and has a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas. Seychelle spends her time in Dallas/Fort Worth and Northern Michigan and loves to travel with her husband, Nick, daughter Quinn, and their mostly sweet and a little salty dog named Hatari.
