Sev is the leader and Principal Broker of The SK Group and Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office. Since joining the firm in 2010, Sev has established himself as one of the most consistent producers and top brokers within the firm and in the Greater Los Angeles area. His previous role as a construction manager and his current experience as an investor have educated him on all aspects of the commercial real estate field. Sev’s experiences have allowed him to play an active role in the marketing, negotiating, financing, legality, management, leasing, and sales As graduate from University of Southern California, Sev earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Development and Finance from the Marshall School of Business, along with a Minor in Construction Management from the School of Policy, Planning and Development. Sev has lived in Southern California for over 30 years and has an in-depth understanding of the varying regions associated within a specific market.
