Dr. Seth Newman is a native New Yorker who is an orthodontist by profession. After graduating Seth moved to Roslyn, New York to begin his career as an upscale orthodontist with the latest technology and teamed up with the best interior designers to have the office of this dreams. This is where it all started, after investing in his practices he then began to turn his attention to real estate. Ready for new challenges, Seth purchased his first building where he started his first practice. Having an affinity for real estate, he slowly grew his portfolio of building not only in the NY metropolitan area but also in the surrounding Charleston South Carolina market. Having family in the real estate world in Charleston has made it an easy market for him to affiliate with.
