Seth McKinnon

Seth McKinnon started in commercial real estate in 2003 and is currently a leader and partner in Newmark’s West Coast Capital Markets team. Seth has been involved in more than $5.6 billion of investment real estate transactions. He has focused solely on investment sales and structured equity within the Bay Area. McKinnon’s experience covers a wide range of deal sizes, from smaller to suburban transactions for private clients to more than $180 million institutional transactions in the San Francisco CBD. Seth led both the Private Client Group in the San Francisco Peninsula and was a partner of the San Francisco Institutional investment for CBRE. Transactions range from office, industrial, medical office & R&D.
