Seth Fellman

Mr. Fellman is the president and CEO of The Morlin Group. He is responsible for the company’s strategic investment decisions, sourcing new development opportunities, overseeing construction projects, and managing relationships with strategic business partners. During his 30-year career in commercial real estate development, Mr. Fellman has developed and currently oversees a real estate portfolio that contains more than one million square feet of space located in multiple industrial parks as well as three hotel projects with national brands that are located in South Florida. Fellman is responsible for Morlin’s growth and diversification to include industrial, retail and hospitality projects. Prior to starting The Morlin Group, Mr. Fellman was Assistant Vice President of General Development Corporation, based in downtown Miami. In this capacity, he was responsible for the disposition of commercial and industrial properties throughout the state of Florida, where he consummated in excess of $250 million in real estate transactions. Mr. Fellman graduated from the University of Miami, with the B.S. in Business Administration.
