Seth Fawer

Seth is a Research Analyst for Corporate Realty. He is responsible for researching leasing and sales data in the office and retail sectors, providing financial analysis, detecting trends in the marketplace, and cultivating new opportunities. Prior to joining Corporate Realty, Seth had internships at MA Architects, where he built scale models for projects and their neighborhoods, and MAPP Construction as an assistant project manager. In this role, he collected and organized information for active projects and coordinated with contractors. A New Orleans native, Seth graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in supply chain, operation, and logistics. He has a certificate in AI Literacy. He is licensed in Louisiana.
