Serina’s tenure at Sembler began in market research, where she spent five years as Market Research Manager, providing valuable insights that laid the foundation for her transition into leasing. She spent nearly nine years as a Leasing Representative, honing her expertise in deal-making, market analysis, and asset positioning before stepping into her current leadership role. A proud Florida State University alumna, Serina also served as Vice President of the FSU Real Estate Society and gained early experience through a commercial leasing internship at Azor Advisory Services.
