Seffi Toneman

A Southern California native, Seffi Toneman was born and raised in the Antelope Valley. After receiving an Associate’s degree in business from Antelope Valley College and a Bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University Northridge, Seffi went on to complete her M.B.A. from New England College of Business. With a focus on business and finance, Seffi’s educational achievements provide a strategic foundation for excelling in a wide array of commercial real estate services. After completing her Bachelor’s degree, Seffi began working at a local community bank as a credit underwriter then loan officer with a focus on commercial real estate lending. During her time at the bank, Seffi assisted small business owners with their credit needs including financing for working capital, inventory, equipment and real estate. Seffi currently holds a California Bureau of Real Estate broker license and is Broker-Owner of Commercial Brokers Group. Seffi is also a member of multiple professional organizations including National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and sits as a Director on AV Boys & Girls Club and AVEDGE. As a commercial real estate broker with a background in business and commercial finance, Seffi’s mission is simple: To provide buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants with full service expertise in industrial, office and retail so they make the best real estate decision possible while maximizing their return and minimizing their costs and risks.
