Sean Tufts is a Managing Director in Northmarq’s Seattle office. Tufts has over 20 years of experience in retail and shopping center sales in the Northwest with a focus on private and institutional clients as well as developers. He has been named a top retail investment broker in Washington State annually and was named a CoStar Power Broker most recently in 2022. Prior to joining Northmarq, Tufts was a Managing Partner and Owner of CPX, LLC, where he opened the Seattle office in 2011. Since then, he has worked with a diverse clientele of developers, value add investors, funds, REITs and high net worth family offices.
