Sean Toomey

Sean primarily focused on agency leasing while also maintaining a strong 24-year history of tenant representation, providing strategic guidance to companies and users of real estate to achieve results that align with their operational objectives. Sean has received awards from SIOR for completing both the largest tenant representation lease for Flex/R&D product in a large market (Northern California) and the top agency office lease in a large market (Northern California). Sean joined a corporate services team at Trammell Crow Company in December 2000 as a multi-national tenant representation specialist, followed by almost 19 years at Colliers providing tenant representation and agency leasing services to some of the largest tenants and landlords in Silicon Valley. This included 2.6 million square feet of multi-tenant office listings at Airport Place with Hudson Pacific Properties – the largest multi-tenant office project in Silicon Valley. In September 2024, Sean moved to JLL to explore new opportunities servicing agency and tenant clients across Silicon Valley.
