Sean Thomas

With over 15 years’ experience and 12 years post qualification as a Chartered Surveyor, Sean deals with all aspects of commercial property and currently runs the Commercial Agency Department, covering the South and West Wales Region. Appointed as Director in 2016, Sean also is responsible for the performance of the residential agency offices. Sean also deals with a range of property and land acquisitions working with a number of local and national clients. Sean is an RICS Registered Valuer undertaking a range of valuations including Private Valuations, Commercial and Residential Mortgage Valuations and Self-Invested Personal Pension Valuations.
