
Sean Rosenzweig is currently Senior Managing Director Investments at Marcus & Millichap’s Los Angeles office, specializing in the sale of multi-family investment properties throughout Los Angeles. During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap Los Angeles, Sean has been ranked as a Top 10 Broker from 2012 - 2023 and top 3 in 2017, 2019-2023 within the Downtown office and also serves as a director of the firm’s National Multi Housing Group. He has earned ten Sales Recognition Awards and qualified as a National Achievement Award winner seven times. Upon graduating from the University of Arizona, Sean obtained his Real Estate License and began working for Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office. During his time there, he was involved in numerous transactions with a variety of clients ranging from private capital investors to regional real estate owners. Throughout his career, Sean has closed apartment transactions in excess of $500 million totaling more than 2,000 units. Several notable sales transactions include the Nupac USC Portfolio ($46,000,000), the Paragon at Kierland apartment complex ($34,200,000), the San Brisas apartments ($19,000,000), and the Village @ 36th Place ($8,250,000).
