Sean Rose

Sean Rose is a Senior Acquisitions Associate at City Realty Group (CRG), where he plays a key role in expanding the company’s property portfolio across Greater Boston. In this role, he focuses on identifying and evaluating new development opportunities, sourcing off-market deals, and building relationships with brokers to support CRG’s strategic growth. Since joining CRG, Sean has brought a strong foundation in retail brokerage and property acquisitions throughout New England. His deep knowledge of the regional market and commitment to relationship-driven deal-making have made him an integral part of CRG’s growing Acquisitions Department. “Sean’s strong local roots and proven track record continue to be a great asset to our team,” said Stephen Whalen, Managing Partner at City Realty Group. “He has been instrumental in helping us identify new opportunities and advance our long-term vision.” Prior to CRG, Sean worked as an Associate at CBRE, one of the world's leading commercial real estate firms, where he supported a wide range of transactions and client needs across the region. A graduate of Hamilton College, Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Hispanic Studies. He currently resides in West Roxbury and remains deeply connected to the Boston area, both personally and professionally.
