Sean Harman

Sean Harman is the Director of Sales at Evermark Commercial Group specializing in industrial, land, and investment sales. Since 2018, he has been involved in over 200 transactions including leasing, sales, and project development, and responsible for more than $250 million in transaction value. Before joining Evermark in 2022, he served as Vice President for a boutique brokerage in Houston, where his fortitude helped the firm achieve substantial growth, including a nomination of top 5 brokerages in Houston. After graduating from Sam Houston State University in 2010, he became a very successful High School teacher and football coach in the Greater Houston Area, which is emblematic of his zeal for empowering and helping others.
