My wife, Heidi, and I are both licensed Realtors with Coldwell Banker United in Irmo, SC. and we form the Cripe Realty Team. We know purchasing a home can be one of life's great adventures. We've moved multiple times ourselves and understand all of the steps involved. The process can be stressful, but it can also be a lot of fun if you are working with the right team! We live on the water in Timberlake, which is a subdivision in Chapin and work out of the Irmo/Lake Murray office. We've got three kids and love the schools and recreation offered in Lexington County and on Lake Murray. Our family is very involved in the school system and within the community and we look forward to forming many more long-lasting friendships through this business. We cover the entire Columbia area with a focus on waterfront property on Lake Murray. We also work in the communities of Chapin, Irmo, Ballentine and Lexington. What makes us different is that we have made a commitment to try and tour every waterfront property that is listed for sale on Lake Murray (over 200 at any given time). There are always a few exceptions to this, but you wil not be able to find a Realtor Team that is more knowledgable about the current inventory on the Lake.
