
Divisional responsibilities include the planning, organizing, and directing of the retail division’s sales, operations quality of service and programs. Areas of responsibility include: retail management, branch operations, retail branch office management, facilities, future facility locations, mortgage sales, Financial Services Sales, Direct and In-Direct Retail Lending Admin and strategic planning. Directs the activities of subordinate staff and develops divisional budgets, policies, and procedures. Provides effective coaching for accountability to maximize optimum sales and service performance, while providing motivation to inspire continuous improvement of individual and team performance.
