Seamus Ober joined Kidder Mathews in 2022, working under the guidance of Jeff Chaney. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Seamus worked at CBRE in the Affordable Housing Group. Seamus’ primary focus is on tenant advisory, landlord advisory and investment sales. A lifelong resident of Seattle’s Eastside, Seamus has cultivated a network of relationships that allow him to leverage his knowledge and understanding of the market. He offers guidance through every stage of the real estate cycle, ensuring his clients have the tools necessary to make educated real estate decisions. When not working, you will find Seamus playing golf, watching sports and skiing.
