Scott is a dynamic leader in retail and entertainment real estate with over a decade of experience in leasing, consulting, and strategic operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Retail and Entertainment at Dreamscape Companies since November 2023, Scott plays a pivotal role in shaping experiential retail concepts and entertainment-driven developments in New York City. Prior to joining Dreamscape, he held multiple leadership roles at Newmark, including Director and Associate Director, where he advised top-tier clients in retail, food & beverage, and entertainment leasing. His career began at RKF, where he rose from Associate to Associate Director over four years, honing his expertise in high-stakes dealmaking and urban placemaking. Scott also brings operational insight from his time as Operations Manager at Major Food Group and creative experience from an early internship at MTV Networks. With a unique blend of industry knowledge and a passion for experiential spaces, Scott is helping redefine the intersection of retail, hospitality, and entertainment.
