Scott has had the responsibility of managing the leasing efforts for over 1,000,000 SF of general and medical office properties located in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Ohio, Nevada and Colorado. With the bulk of his experience in the healthcare real estate industry, Scott’s specialty has been overseeing the lease transactions involving local and national hospital systems, healthcare REITs, healthcare operators, large group practices, and private physician practices. He has also managed the site selection, lease negotiation, build-out and lease execution for one of the largest hospital systems in North Texas. Scott has been successful in completing complex lease transactions involving ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging centers, dialysis centers, and psychiatric hospitals.
